Karen has been a licensed REALTOR in Missouri since 2016. She is looking forward to assisting individuals who are seeking to "Live in it Well" by working with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in the area. She joins the Coldwell Banker Professional Associates team with experience and perspective of the client who has personally purchased and sold properties as a for sale by owner and with a professional REALTOR. Karen is ready to work for her clients with the determination and commitment necessary to provide them a smooth and pleasant  buying and selling experience.

Karen is a native of the area. She was born in Perryville, grew up and lived in Cape Girardeau, and currently resides in Oak Ridge, Missouri. She received a bachelors degree from Southeast Missouri State University majoring in art and interior design, and has worked in local print and photography businesses. While her three sons were young, she operated her own home child care business and she served as the director of a Christian child care center in Cape Girardeau until recently making the bold decision to begin her real estate career.

Married to husband, Jeff, Karen has three sons, Josh, Daniel, and Jonathon, one chocolate lab, Rex, and two cats, Sassy and Leo. Karen's hobbies and interests include reading, pen and ink drawing, antiques and family genealogy. She enjoys "living in it well" listening to music and relaxing on the swing looking out over the lake at her log home that she describes as her "own personal retreat."
